Due to COVID-19, many items have delayed restock dates. We try out best to keep items in-stock but in some cases, the items are not available from our vendors. Please be patient as we will restock items as quickly as possible. We do offer the option to join a wait list and you will be emailed when an item is restocked. To join the wait list, please go to the specific product and click the “Join Wait List” button.
Given the current circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, orders may take longer than usual to be delivered. Shipping companies are experiencing delays, but they are working hard to get your package delivered as soon as possible. Please allow two full business weeks for your package to be delivered. If you have not recieved it in those two weeks, please contact your local USPS office as they will be able to provide you with more information.
Once an order leaves our facility, we have very little control over what happens from there. Please contact your local Post Office and they should be able to answer any questions you have!
Orders will ship within 5 business days of being placed. However, we usually ship orders out within one or two business days of being placed.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. If you place your order before 3pm EST, there is a high chance that it will ship that same day. If you don’t contact in time to cancel your order, you can use the shipping label included in your package to send it back to us upon delivery for a refund.
