Why are a lot of items showing out of stock?

Due to COVID-19, many items have delayed restock dates. We try out best to keep items in-stock but in some cases, the items are not available from our vendors. Please be patient as we will restock items as quickly as possible. We do offer the option to join a wait list and you will be emailed when an item is restocked. To join the wait list, please go to the specific product and click the “Join Wait List” button.

Why is my order taking so long to get delivered?

Given the current circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, orders may take longer than usual to be delivered. Shipping companies are experiencing delays, but they are working hard to get your package delivered as soon as possible.

My tracking information shows my order was delivered but I can’t find it, what do I do?

Once an order leaves our facility, we have very little control over what happens from there. Please contact your local Post Office and they should be able to answer any questions you have!

How long does it take for my order to ship after I place it?

Orders will ship within 5 business days of being placed. However, we usually ship orders out within one or two business days of being placed.

I ordered the wrong size; how do I get the correct size?
